Thank you for choosing Green Level Club CheckIn (the "App"). This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our App.

We do not collect or share any information with a third-party. There are two types of users of the app: Admin and Student. The Admin is a person who tracks attendance by scanning QR codes of students. Once the QR code is scanned a google sheet that Admin owns is updated to record attendance. The app allows the admin to sign in with Google but stores that information locally within the app and that information is not collected by us. The app only facilitates update of the google sheet that the admin owns using google sign in.

The student is a person who shows their QR code to the admin to record their attendance. The app is designed to store user information including First Name, Last Name and email of the student only locally on the phone and that information is not collected by us.

QR Code Scanning: The App uses the device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes. No images or data from the camera are stored or transmitted.

Google Sign-In: The App uses Google Sign-In for the purpose of updating a spreadsheet on Google Drive. This involves accessing and using the Google account associated with the sign-in. The App is granted limited access to interact with a specific spreadsheet and is designed to work with only one Google account.

Spreadsheet Updates: The App may update a spreadsheet on Google Drive, but no user-specific data is stored or collected during this process.

File Upload to Google Drive: The App uses phone storage to upload a sheet to Google Drive. This operation is limited to the specific files generated by the App and does not involve the collection or storage of personal user data.

How We Use Your Information

The information collected by the Green Level Club CheckIn App is used solely for the purpose of facilitating QR code scanning, updating a spreadsheet on Google Drive, and uploading files to Google Drive. No user-specific data is stored, and the App does not engage in any form of user profiling or tracking.

Information Sharing

The App does not share any user information with third parties. The information collected is used exclusively for the functionality of the App and is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing or any other purposes.

Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously. The App employs industry-standard security measures to protect against the unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information.
