Key Club is an international student-led organization providing its members with opportunities to perform service, build character and develop leadership.

Events & Opportunities
In club: In-club hours can be earned through school events. Some examples include:
- Helping a teacher after school
- Volunteering in the school library
- Volunteering for any Green Level club
- Attending Key Club meetings during Connectivity (30 min each meeting)
- Any event that is created by Key Club
Out of club: (Below are some ideas for out-of-club hours!)
- Brown Bag Ministry
- Food bank of central and eastern North Carolina
- Note in the pocket
- Inter-faith food shuttle
- Ronald McDonald house
- Dress for success
- Red Cross Blood Drive
Hours Requirement
Requirement: 50 hours for the whole school year (25 per semester). Below is the breakdown of required hours.
- In-club (IC): Any in-school service activities. 25 hours required
- At least 12 IC hours MUST BE Key Club sponsored (posted on Google Classroom)
- Out-of-Club (OC): Service done outside of school. 25 hours required
- You can count 10 hours from the summer towards the hours
